Have I ruined my chances???

I had blood test last month and they said I had low progesterone. My doctor wouldn’t do anything (said go away and come back in 6 months if not pregnant). So I took it upon myself to try natural progesterone cream to try and increase it. Has AF until cd7 and started progesterone....but I read it wrong! Was supposed to start dpo7!!!! I’ve currently on cd13 and had flashing smiley (high) for 3 days but no peak!

So my question is has this stopped me peaking?! So annoyed at myself!!! Thanks for your help in advance 😡😢
