For those fighting with cigarettes
I wanted to share this because I am currently 5 weeks pregnant now and have been trying to quit the past 2 weeks. I have been going to my routine smoking spot and taking my favorite food or drink with me and eating or drinking instead of smoking. since starting this, I have gone from a pack a day to 3 a day, in 4 DAYS!! i am so happy that I wanted to share this with those who are struggling to quit as well. If you try this and it works for you, please let me know :D
