Is he being weird

One of my teachers makes YouTube videos and he posted one about being a teacher and he was saying how ‘the students aren’t your friends’ and ‘a teacher in his 35/40 years old was flirting with High school seniors and how he thought it was disgusting’ but we found his Instagram and he posted a picture today saying ‘very cool students...’ my friends have also told me about how he would stare at their lips and ass in class.

Should I be considered with this? He also just stares a lot and he says in his videos ‘to introduce yourself to the class’ but I didn’t even know his name until ppl started sending me links to his ig and YouTube.
