Binge Cravings

Guys. I’ve been doing so good with my dieting and exercising and lost a bunch of weight. But I’m a huge binge eater. Is there anything I can do to stop the hinges and cravings? Right now I’m at work and I’m starving so I want nothing more than to leave and go get unhealthy food when I get off. It’s like a battle in my head. What can I do to stop these thoughts and cravings
