accupuncture may have worked!

had accupuncture this afternoon at 3pm. started having pretty consistent 45 second contractions around 5pm approximately 3-4 mins apart.

did dinner, bath and bedtime for my 2 and 4 year olds. once my husband got home, went for a 45 min walk around 8:30. contractions coming closer together while walking.

came home. bounced on ball, contractions continued same intensiry. laid on couch and they slowed down a bit (45 seconds every 5 mins). bouncing on ball again to get them going. hoping this is it and we meet our 3rd boy soon!
