can cervical mucus weeks after ovulation mean something else ?

So I posted a picture with this to better help! so my last period was at the being of last month n than my ovulation cycle was on the 19 well as of today I'm 5 days late n what I'm wondering is why I'm having a lot of cervical mucus now when it's New Year 3 weeks past my ovulation according to the tracker is it possible to be ovulating so far after my menstrual

cycle or could it be something else another side note I usually have extremely sore breasts about 1 to 2 weeks prior to my menstrual cycle and I haven't had sore breasts at all and I'm 5 days late now and usually that's one consistency I always have i spotted a tad bit of blood maybe one or two spots about 6 to 7 days ago and then I had a very light pink spot of blood when I wiped two days ago me and my S/0 have been trying since March so fingers crossed ....
