Late BFP Question

Did anyone who had a late BFP have a healthy pregnancy and baby? I’m 8 days late and got the FAINTEST line yesterday so I’m not even 100% sure I’m pregnant yet. But I’m freaking out. How late were you? And was your baby fine?
