I honestly feel so emotional right now and so much hate.

Yesterday my ex partner came round to see his daughter at my house. We have been split up since last july we had a mortgage together and he treated me disgustingly during my pregnancy and after i had my daughter so i upped and left. Since then hes been on my case “ i want to make things work” bla bla and i told him im not interested.

Yesterday he came round and asked me if i had met anyone else i told him yes and admitted that things had happened between us. In a way i told him becuase i want him to leave me alone and move on. I dont want to make him jelous. I just want him out of my life. Anyway, this caused massive uprawr and he took my browies id just made out of the oven and smeared them into my face and eyes. He took my phone off me smashed it on the floor. Pinned me to the living room chair ripped my top and bra down and bit my chest saying “hes has these has he”. He then went on to gettingn a knife out of my kitchen and cutting my pants off me because he had brought them in the past. Went into my bedroom and cut up my bra. Smeared brownie into my wall and throw liquid up my wall. All while my one year old daughter was there. I feel so distraught and upset about it. Eventually he left but then returned lter on the nght knocking and banging my doors and windows to talk. I didnt answer the door but he then began to knock my daughters window to wake her up knowing it would upset me. I dont even want to talk to my friends about it cuz i feel so embarssed which is why ive posted anonnymously and i just needed to let it out.

I know that people are going to tell me to inform the police but i feel that this is literally no use. When i lived with him he dragged me up and down the stairs spat on me and i managed to video a but of it before he got hold of my phone although u could only hear the screaming. I called the police and the police did nothing for me. All they said was that it was his word against mine and i could have done the marks myself so without the video showing what he was doing it was useless. Ive changed my telephone number so he cannot contact me any longer. But i now just live in fear that he is just gonna turn up or follow me places.
