Does charting temps always work. Like if your temp stays high you are pregnant? I read some where that it’s not as reliable as we think. Just want some insight in this

If your temps stay above the cover line for 18 days past ovulation, it’s basically a sure sign that your pregnant. The temps don’t lie. However the charts are only as accurate as the data, so if the temps aren’t reliable or valid, then of course, it could be wrong.

Actually, charting is not 100% accurate for all women. For some women, it does not show the typical patterns. However, for most people who follow the guidelines stringently and consistently, it can be very helpful data to have. Also, temps are only one piece of the puzzle-cervical fluid is just as important to track!!!
