Ladies I’m back, help

I’ve got lower back aches

Light headed

Very Light brown discharge for 3 days on and off

Running nose in morning and night

Had a tiny pinch of pain 5cms lower of my belly button to the left ( tonight )

Peeing a fair bit

Think it’s a few symptoms?

I can’t get a pregnancy test for another fortnight.. I was meant to get depo on 12th of April usually I bleed straight away.. me and my partner have had unprotected sex a few times since then and I haven’t got my period at all.

Looked identical to this with the brown spotting but a tiny but a bit light.. I get really lightheaded just from standing too
