Sleeping in a boppy?
My daughter used to sleep incredibly well every night from about 2 months to 5 months. She wouldn’t sleep the whole way through, but she would sleep in the cosleeper beside my bed and then the crib waking up only twice to eat. We stopped using the swaddle on her in fear that she would roll over to her belly. Now we can’t even get her to lay in her crib. We’ve been bed sharing for the past few weeks. It’s the only way we will both get some sleep but it’s very uncomfortable for me because I sleep in the same position every night so she has room. I wake up with body aches all over. The only way she’s been able to fall asleep lately is if she’s pressed up against me or holding my hands. And when she wakes up during the night, she searches for me to make sure I’m still beside her. We have recently started using a boppy for naps (pictured below) and she sleeps so well in it. She’s never taken better naps than she does with the boppy. Is this too dangerous to do at night? She’s now 7 months. I want her back in her crib but definitely don’t want to risk anything if this isn’t safe when I can’t keep an eye on her.
