I mean I know the only way to know is a test but......

So on April 30th I had a blood pregnancy test done idk why they would do it that soon because my period wasn’t due for a while and it came back negative...but anyways shortly after I had a egg white discharge my boobs are sore and feel heavy and are kinda leaking a white like thick discharge also and I’m now 2 days late my stomach had been cramping on and off the last 2 weeks I’ve been feeling so hungry but not able to eat a lot and feeling tired lately and have had no energy to do anything I’m also peeing a little more then usual and I had and on and off runny nose... could I be pregnant is it time to take another test? Or is the blood test accurate?
