33wks hit belly with pole

This weekend I accidentally hit myself with a wooden pole that was covered why a sheet so I didn’t see it. I hit myself pretty hard that the hit pushed me back. I got a bruise on my left side of my belly. I called my ob but she said as long as baby is moving it’s fine. Baby has been moving a lot more since I got hit. I feel bad and nervous. My mom got hit while pregnant with my little sister she came out fine but she has a mark on her face from the hit. Has anyone ever hit themselves hard in accident?
