Implantation bleeding or early period

I got off my period April 1st and started a new pack, only took a few and then lost it. I started my period again and I had to start a new pack on April 16th. Is there anyway this could be implantation bleeding or no? I’m due for AF in two days but I NEVER spot before AF. It always comes full force. When I wipe the pink is touch and go it’s only there sometimes... my ex and I just broke up so honestly not wanting to be pregnant but at the same time it would be a major blessing
