Question if I am a whore or not?

So last night, me and my bf went to my weekly check up appointment for my baby as I am 33 weeks pregnant. The doctor told me some bad news that my baby cord is connected to the side of my placenta with a lot of large blood vessels next to it and if my water break my baby will bleed out. Well anyway me and my bf went and visited his aunty. But then he left me with her so he can help his cousin car. As me and his aunty was talking I told her the news about the baby and she told me "why are you having trouble with the baby your still young?" (Im 25 just so you know) I told her that my body has issues due to having 2 miscarriage before this. One at 18 when the FOB raped me and stepped on my stomach when I was 12 weeks pregnant. Another was when I was 21 when the second FOB told me that he can't have kids cause of medical issues but I still got pregnant but I ended up having a ectopic pregnancy and the baby broke my left tube. He thought I was cheating on him when I wasn't, so I ended up doing what he keeps telling me for a whole months and I cheated and broke up with him. The bf im with now of 4 years got me pregnant with twins but one didn't made it past 8 weeks. And so I have issues with this pregnancy due to missing twin syndrome. And as the aunty was listening all she say was "I'm sorry josh." With the tone of you're having a kid with a whore. Which I felt betrayed cause she was the one I trusted the most out of all his family members. So am I a whore like she makes me sound with the story of my miscarriage?
