Never in the mood for sex? Low sex drive??

Me and my fiancé have an 11 month old together and ever since I had her I’ve been put off sex! Our sex life used to be AMAZING but any time we do it I feel like it’s more of a chore? Like I’m just doing it so he can cum but I don’t get any pleasure out of it.. Ever since having my daughter it has also felt like I’m losing my virginity all over again every time I have sex and I was thinking maybe it’s something to do with the fact that I had to get stitches.. has anyone else had any experiences like this or have any tips I could use?

Maca root powder is what I used when I was to the point of never wanting it. Its been used for thousands of years to balance hormones and is an aphrodisiac. Also cacao powder (not chocolate bars) is a really big aphrodisiac as well. I used to make a smoothie with banana, 2 tbls of cacao powder, 1/4-1/2 cup peanut butter depending in preference, 1 tsp Maca or the recommended dose, almond milk (or whatever milk you want) and ice. I am really a foreplay kinda girl too. 😉 Hope this helps! 💖

I agree with Stephanie… I did the same exact thing with the Maca root powder in smoothies and it worked like a charm. Make sure you use something like peanut butter in your smoothies to cover up the taste. Nutty stuff covers it best.
