Vietnamese food.
anyone on here Vietnamese, or familiar with Vietnamese food? my husband's boss's mom sent me some food, but I don't know what this is. it smells like seafood and the white stuff is sticky. can I eat this? and do I need to cook it or do I just eat it like this?
