Still no period since March. 2 Neg tests. Sore nipples

Okay so I still haven’t had a period since the middle of March. I’ve taken tests and both case out negative. It’s been I think maybe 2 weeks since my last test. I randomly had a tiny bit of spotting yesterday if I can even call it that. And I had sex last night and when I wiped it was a tiny bit pink so I assumed maybe my period is here and starting so I had a tampon in until I used the washroom next and it had nothing on it. So at this point I have no idea whats going on with me? Any idea? Could I be pregnant? Should I maybe test again? Thanks ladies
