HSG results ....

I do know that the right Fallopian tube is mostly blocked . Any thoughts? This was taken almost a year ago now... anyone here conceive without many issues with a blocked tube? I also had a lower ovarian reserve for my age (33) 1.09 .. who knows what it is now .. I will be starting Clomid this month and possibly the trigger shot .. my hubby was deployed for most of last year ..
