Anyone have a posterior position labour story?

Im 38 weeks and my baby has decided to turn posterior position, but has dropped down super low. I’m quite anxious about a long and painful birth now. Any advice for me?

A majority of the time they turn as labor progresses. Wouldn’t worry about it :) when you’re in labor get in hand and knees and rock your hips and use a birthing ball if they have them.

There's still time for baby to turn. I was induced at 39 + 3 due to hypertension. Labor only lasted like 6 hours. I pushed for an hour, could have been less but baby was face up. They didn't know until she came out. Even tried telling me she didn't have much hair (it's because they were unknowingly looking at her forehead) I had a 2nd degree tear, internal and external, but it wasn't that bad. It was mostly healed up by week 4. Now at almost 7 weeks post I can hardly tell I tore at all.

Anyone have a posterior position labour story?
