What’s wrong????

Okay so I keep getting really uncomfortable down in my girl area and can’t tell where the pain is coming from. I had a UTI and was taking antibiotics for it. Well yesterday I started feeling a burning sensation again with frequent urination. While having sex with my boyfriend my cervix has been pretty tender. The inside of my vagina has been sorta swollen feeling inside. My discharge is thin but not thick, it’s a little white sorta clear. Anyone have any ideas of what this could be? Could my UTI not be cleared up? Bv? Yeast infection? HELP
