Did mucinex work?

Question

For the women on here that used mucinex when trying to conceive... did it work? Idk how to make a poll thing on here but I’m just looking for an estimate on how many people did it actually work with and how many it didn’t... if it didn’t, (not sure of the polite way to ask this) do you have any type of condition that makes it harder for you to get pregnant?

I let it had a sinus infection during my fertile week and became pregnant. it was baby #2 and ended in mc but that was because of a good clotting disorder. though I'm dry down there after #1. I did notice I was extra wet while I was sick it could have been what helped me conceive. Now this month I took mucinex on purpose without being sick to hopefully give my husbands swimmers a better chance. He has low sperm and we've been ttc#2 for nearly 3 yrs, so I like to believe that the mucinex did help me because I'm really dry and did notice bei mg wet for once
