Femara/Letrozole?

Question

Just checking to see who has had some positive effects of femara (letrozole) ?
We have “unexplained infertility” 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ and I’m starting femara today in hopes for a successful iui some time in the next week and a half. I have done a few rounds of clomid my body does not really respond well to it ! Thanks in advance !

Used letrozole for the first time this cycle, 5mg 7 days starting at cd3.. Af due tomorrow. I did have confirmed ovulation which is great given I had not had ovulation in 353 days. Hoping for a successful month but I wont test until missed period! If i didnt conceive, at least I ovulated!!!! Baby dust

I was on clomid for the first 3 cycles and just switched to letrozole (5 mg/day; days 5-9) and then ovidrel trigger for the 4th cycle.  I switched to letrozole bc of my lining being thinned out on clomid although it remained pretty thin this round as well (5 mm but had the 3 “feathery” layers they look for so went ahead).  2 follicles on right side (16 and 17 mm) and one on my right (18 mm) so all looked good except that darn lining!  In the middle of TWW (testing on May 19th) so we’ll see how it goes.  I didn’t really see any major differences between the two meds... how are you feeling?!?

Hi! I used letrozole + menupor (injectable) and have 4 mature follicles. We did the IUI Tuesday this week and we are on our TWW.
