10 years on your period????

I have switched to a different IUD in the past few months. And I have since had about three or four periods. I feel like I’m constantly menstruating because I have not had a cycle in over three years and I didn’t realize how nice it was. I know I am healthier now because I menstruating but having a cycle every 18-25 days really sucks. Also I am more regular than I have ever been. All my life if I was not on some sort of hormones I would either have periods twice a month or every few months. I started my period at age 13 and I am about to turn 30.
