feeling dumb

it's been 7 months since we broke up, he decided to end it up because he feels his heart is empty. but for 4 early months we still talk like we used to, like there's no break up situation. then at february i decided to gave up (eventho I can't). since february I haven't talk with him a little bit eventho we see each other almost everyday (we had the same class).

then last week he feels down, and he sounds like needed me, so i try to cheer him up. then yesterday we made out. after that i bluntly asked what has gotten him this days, he said he just got dumped. so he already moved on from me, but still kisses me. he told me that he wanted to be friends like we always did before. but why did he still kisses me IF he just wanted to be friends? what does he want exactly? what should i do with him?
