How do you make mom friends?
I’m the first one of my friend group even considering kids, let alone actually TRYING for them... I’m trying to think of how we can make mommy and daddy friends? I’d imagine part of it would be from going to prenatal classes and maybe some infant classes? (My library offers them free 2x a week)...
I’m going to be 24 this October and my husband is going to turn 25 this month, so we’re kinda average aged for having kids, but I think our city has a much older demographic of first time moms (like 30-35). I’m just getting into my career and my husband has a year long masters program that he’ll be applying to get into next (2019) summer.
Plus, we both have some messed up backstory/life experiences that usually scare away younger or less mature couples. I feel like we’re between a rock and a hard place.
