High heart rate, anxiety or heart problems?

Anyone else have anxiety and a very high heart rate? I've been to cardiologists and electrophysiologists and they've said everything looks fine with my heart. I was in the urgent care last night (for a sinus infection) and the doctor said anxiety couldn't possibly cause my heart rate to go this high (140bpm) but I'm not so sure. She freaked me out, made me think that despite having been checked out for everything heart related, that I could still have heart disease.
