Parsley tea!
So.... my period was late maybe 5 or 6 days, I was a bit scared cos we don't even live in the same country yet (!) Even though it wouldn't be the end of the world cos we know we want kids together in the future....
Anyway. I was having so much PMT, all my usual symptoms, lower back and belly and sciatic were super tense, boobs tender, moody af, etc etc... I was on the internet looking for ways to bring on your period that WOULDNT harm the baby IF I was pregnant:
Parsley tea y'all!! It's a super old remedy I came across it on literally every forum I found.
I wasn't expecting it to be very effective but it worked a treat!
Here's how I brought on my period:
One cup of hot (NOT boiling) water poured over 1 tbsp ((well actually 2 frozen cubes 😂) of chopped parsley. Leave for 5 mins to steep.
I drank it just before going to sleep last night.....lo & behold, woke up cramping to my period arriving first thing this morning!
Just wanted to share with y'all as I was so surprised and pleased that it worked!
