What Should I Do?

In October i had a cyst removal surgery and was told i couldn’t have kids. Today i made 5 weeks and 3 days!!! Last week I experienced slight bleeding and cramps at work, when i was rushed to the hospital i found out the baby was fine but i have a bicornuate uterus. Has anyone went through a successful pregnancy? What steps should i take to make sure everything goes ok? Im very nervous.
