Yeah I dunno....I’m skeptical. I have RA so I deal with swelling all the time, and I’m generally willing to try anything and everything, but that’s not one I’ve heard before, and I do use essential oils regularly. Although who knows...?

I make a soothing foot salve with peppermint and spearmint essential oils and have used it to help ease sore swollen feet when I’m not pregnant. If helps. I haven’t reached the swollen feet stage yet but I’ll use my salve when I get there
