4 weeks and possible miscarriage

Just needing to vent.. positive vibes only please.

lost an ovary a few years ago, was scared id never see that second line.

recently, I've had to fly across the country for a family emergency. their dog was acting strangly protective of me, tested and got a faint line. 4 days before AF was due. couldn't believe it, and tested every day since. all positive along with a digital.

this morning (5 days after that first test) I woke up to a slight brown mucous. read many stories on here and thought it was normal. few hours later, lots of dark red blood.. went to the ER but they can't tell me much since I'm only 4 weeks. hcg lvl is 39. they said to get my blood tested in a few days to see if they go up or down which will dictate what is happening to me now. I just feel utterly depressed.. like a dream was handed to me and about to be shattered. please feel free to share your stories ❤️
