Not sure what’s wrong 😔

Sore nipples especially to touch, pain in my back to my side and lower stomach really sharp pain and barely hungry or wanting to eat. Don’t know if it’s ovulation or early symptoms of pregnancy or what 😔 anyone ever experience this??
