Breast feeding with diarrhea😭

omg so i have to vent.....i have a weird digestive tract... i am lactose intolerant but not all the time. so yesterday decided ohhhhh let me drink a mocha frappe from McDonald's...and now have severe diarrhea. FML and have already thrown up. I've been drinking water and Gatorade to help keep me hydrat ed ....anyone breastfed with diarrhea? how did you survive?

Also i know frappe aren't good for me and baby,😒 no rude comments please,Im already being punished with my hemorrhoids.
