Advice on very large veins on ur vagina!?

So it’s my 3rd baby....Baby likes being on the right side from quiet early on I’ve had inflamed veins on the right side of my vagina with my midwife said pelvic floor exercises will help well she also said if they keep getting any bigger my c section that’s planned for 39 weeks will be moved earlier has anyone gone through this if u have please tell me if ur baby had to come earlier or ur experiences please thank u

I had a very large vein on my vagina as well. The doctors were never concerned and never mentioned it. I am 5 weeks post partum now and it has gone away. There have been no problems because of it. Sorry this isn't of much help but I did have a similar issue.

It’s a vaginal varicose vein.  There is no harm in them. It’s caused my increased pressure from baby pressing on your pelvic floor.  I had it with all three of my pregnancies and gave birth vaginally each time.
