Okay this has happened to me TWICE in the past 3 months....

The story goes as follows:

I order my food and order a fountain root beer along with it (from a fountain machine- not in a bottle)....

So I finish my drink and the server comes and asks if any of us would like a refill...I say yes, I’d love one, but this time could I please have a Sprite?

Everything is all fine....

We get our bill and my husband is holding the baby so I fill out the tip and total and sign for the bill. AFTER I gave him over 20% tip I realize that he charged me for TWO pops!

Now my family is super pleasant and we did not run the server around by any means- we are very minimal.

IS THIS REALLY A THING?

Have you ever been charged for two soft drinks when you switched flavors?
