Teething tablets Similasan/Hylands

I don’t know where to put this but if anyone can give me input on these it would be great! My MIL, SIL, and just a lot of family members swear by teething tablets! If my daughters teething gets really bad I will give her a dose of ibuprofen (she’s 9 months). Yesterday my MIL brought over these teething tablets and asked me to take a few to prove they were alright. So I took 5 of those tiny little tablets and they just tasted like sugar. Then today my SIL brought over another bottle and Nighttime teething tablets? All I can say is thank you but there isn’t any way I’m going to give her something to make her sleep unless her Dr approves it. I looked up teething tablets and I see nothing but bad things! So many recalls and videos of seizures. What are your opinions?
