Does preeclampsia happen for all your pregnancies?

I had severe preeclampsia during my first pregnancy, it was a horrible experience, but worth it of course. My fiancé and I are talking about when we want to have our next baby, and we’re a bit worried about how likely it is I’ll have it the second time around?

I've had it last 3 pregnancy and this one to good luck but I have hypertension pregnant or not I developed eclampsia last pregnancy had seizer on o.r table hoping not this time

my sister had preeclampsia with her first daughter and was induced at 34w4d because of it. she had her 2nd daughter 3 years later, got preeclampsia and was induced at exactly the same time, 34w4d. I dont think it was worse the second time, probably about the same but her doctor told her it would be life threatening for her and the baby if she got pregnant with a third child.
