Relationship advice

So me and my fiancé have been together for quit a time. We have a two year old. We have been fighting a lot lately. He leaves every night late at night, his friends are over at the house everyday, and I’ve asked him not to talk to other women and he does. He says they are friends but they call or text him late at night. (We have had some issues with this in the past), and there’s no more physical interaction anymore, he doesn’t sit next to me, touch me, and sex... well that’s been a while too. He says I’m over reacting about this, but I wanting some advice on what to do.
