Vitex Supplement????

Question

I was talking to my friend and her sister about my problems trying to conceive and they told me about Vitex which helps give a regular period help ovulation to get you pregnant. Has anyone tried it before?

I've been taking it for 2 months and my cycle went from 41 days to 30 very quick! I've also noticed  ewcm which I dont produce, I think its amazing!

Yes, it's amazing. I started taking it after not ovulating for 2 months straight. 2 weeks later I finally ovulated (thank you OPKs) and BAM I'm now almost 9 weeks pregnant. **You must remember that once you are pregnant you have to stay on it until the end of your first trimester, so the placenta can fully take over helping the baby. If you stop it early it may cause miscarriage due to the quick drop in hormones without a full placenta to take over. My problem was having too much estrogen, so Vitex helped me have more progesterone in order to ovulate. GOOD LUCK!
