Bleeding after being fingered

Is this normal? I haven’t bled before but this time he went in a little deeper and when I got home my panties had a little bit of blood. It’s pretty light red and there’s like light brown surrounding the line of blood. I thought I had stopped bleeding but I put a panty liner on and it has a bit of blood in it now. Is this normal? I’ve never had sex or anything and this is like my 3rd time being fingered
