Help :)

So I’ve been going back and forth with the OB and urologist for at least two years now trying to determine the the discomfort I get in my lower left abdomen/ ovary/ bladder area. The pain is the most intense in the middle of the night . I usually wake up from sleep with what feels like the urge to urinate but it hurts. Like a pinching feeling sometimes it’s like someone is twisting something with a wrench ... it’s all in that same area. The actual act of peeing doesn’t hurt though . I was wondering if this happens with any of you ladies? It’s really only at night . I swear it only happens based on what position I’m sleeping or if I’m dreaming .. but that’s just weird. I have ruled out just about everything else . I’ve had CT scans on my kidneys,bladder cystoscopy , ultrasound of the ovaries ... can they see Endo on an ultrasound or would the fertility doctor have spotted it during the HSG test while looking at my Fallopian tubes? I’m currently on an antibiotic for a UTI but it’s still happening and it seems to intensify the closer it is to my cycle . It’s also been happening for over two years now . One doctor told me that it could be my bowels applying pain and pressure if I’m not pooping regularly but that seems so far fetched . This pain also causes blood in my urine sometimes but that could have been related to having an UTI. I’m pretty much lost . We’re suppose to be starting fertility drugs this month and I did not want to attempt pregnancy still not knowing what’s going on with my body. I also don’t want to have any serious complications because they couldn’t figure it out until after I was pregnant . You start to feel like you’re making up the pain or symptoms when not even the best doctors can figure out what’s going on.
