Character question ! I LIKE MICKEY

Sooooo people tend to ask me a lot what character do I want my daughter to like when growing up I guess as in what will I decorate most of her stuff with when she arrives as far as her pillows , bottles , bibs toys etc I grew up with mainly tweety bird stuff lol and I said I want my daughter’s character to be Mickey Mouse and a lot of people are like Mickey Mouse is just for boys and Minnie Mouse is for girls but I like Mickey Mouse lol do you guys think Mickey Mouse is just for boys ? Or unisex ?
