shpuld police officers have more training. when it comes to dealing with people with mental health issues?
currently police officers only have on average about 4 days training when it comes to dealing with calls regarding situations with people wuth mental health issues?
for example in cases like kelly thomas, danny ray thomas and other victims of police brutality suffering from mental health issues should responding officers have more formal training?
