Stopped bleeding after subchronic hemotoma

On Friday night I started bleeding it was mild and i had here and there cramps I for sure thought I was losing the baby I freaked out and went to the ER they did a pelivic exam cervix was closed and they didn’t see any cloths that’s a good sign then did a blood draw and my hcg were at 6,280 which are good I’m 5 weeks then my ultrasound they saw the sac but not at heart beat because I’m early they said it’s normal but the sac and yolk measure 5 weeks. They did see a hemotoma by my uterus I stopped bleeding already does that mean it healed ? The (hemotoma)
