Should I keep him or dump him??? 🤔🤔🤔

I’m seeing this guy (We’ll call him James), we have been friends for years but this year things have changed. I’m the type of girl who keeps her personal life a secret what type of guy they are then I tell people about it. As time went on I started telling people about James, I told my friend who I l’ve known for years any wouldn’t lie to me. When I started describing him she already knew him and told me that they call him F’Boy James. I was in denial, telling myself it must be another James, until she described a specific tattoo on his arm. She told/trying to warn me about the things he has done to the other girl and the moves he makes to get to you. As people started to find out about us they too started telling/ warning me. I who looks that the good in people told myself it’s his past and I shouldn’t judge him for it. But if I do admit it sometimes I kinda asked about his past girls, he would tell me the same stories I heard from others but this scenario he was the victim. And I just found out that he has slept with over twenty woman. The more digging I do, I just get more dirt. But with me he’s so different, he’s like a a close friend who is really more than a friend who hasn’t made me feel uncomfortable, however he has slipped up the first few times we were out. I honestly don’t know if he is a changed man. What should I do???
