Bleeding?

I'm due on the 8th, just got out of the shower and I'm bleeding. I know people talk about bloody show ( not quite sure what that is) this is my 4th baby and I never bled before. So my question is how much blood is normal? At this point it seems pretty light, no contractions.

With any blood I'd call your doctor. They'll be able to guide you in whether this needs more attention or not. That said, I was told that unless you're bleeding a lot it is probably not a big deal. Always better to get checked!

If the blood is fresh I would definitely be calling Dr right away!! Either way I'd call Dr actually ... Could be something serious.. Hope it's not though!!

Call your doctor, it can be related to many things including placenta bleeding.

I would call your health care provider. I think bloody show is when there is a bit of blood when the mucus plug extracts
