Baths for first trimester.. dangerous?

So my back and other areas have been aching, I don't wana take meds and Im hearing heating pads are not good for pregnancy. Now I'm reading that baths aren't good either? What's your take on this ladies?

I’m 26 weeks and 3 days and I take hot baths. I just don’t let myself get to the point where I sweat or feel light headed. 🤷‍♀️

Your good.  I have warm/hot baths my entire pregnancy with my first.

I read that short, warm baths are okay but stuff like hot tubs or saunas aren't okay, especially in the first trimester. I'm only 4w2d today so I'm learning too!! 😊
