Pregnant, Wife won't have sex with me anymore

I'm 7 months pregnant now with my Wife and I's first child. We've been married almost a year now but it just feels like she doesn't want me anymore. We used to have sex multiple times a day only ever going maybe a day or two in between but now, We never have sex. I try initiating and she never wants anything to do with it. She always says that I'm still "so sexy" but how am I supposed to feel that way when she won't touch me or let me touch her? I just feel like giant disgusting undesirable pregnant whale and I don't know what to do anymore 😔
