I believe I am miscarrying 😥

After my miscarriage in February we were told it was okay to start trying after 1 or 2 normal cycles, well we waited 2 and got our positive tests on Sunday and period was supposed to come Saturday 🤔 well today around 2 I started bleeding red blood and throughout the whole day is wasn’t enough to fill a pad but it’s still very red blood. We were at the er for 5 hours and they did an hcg and it was 9.8 (soooooo low) so we have to make a follow up appointment for Friday hopefully to get a new hcg and hopefully it has gone up drastically 🤞🤞 I know it is a low chance but the doctor brought up the bleeding as possibly implantation. I am cramping a bit and they couldn’t see anything in the ultra sounds, so I don’t think this is my month 😢 let me know what you think!! Is it possible for my baby to live??
