Period late

I was in a 6 month relationship and outta nowhere he dumped me but before that we had sex , my period for last month was on April 4 & ended on April 11 & on April 13 & 14 we had unprotected sex , & he “pulled out “ but ever since then I haven’t had my period & my app says that I’m 2 weeks behind and took two pregnancy text both negative on may 7 & 10 & it’s stressing me out idk what it could be . Can it be because I was sexually active my period would change ?
